Anyone else seeing this today? We have a bunch of projects getting this error, CI/CD is failing to trigger.
Hello! We are using GitLab and experiencing the same
same here, we’re using gitlab and suddenly we got this error on all pipelines, around the same time as you. also, I’m not 100% certain this is related but in VCS connections I can only see options to connect github, but there is nothing related with gitlab anymore
I have the same problem, reauthentication doesn’t help
It was faster for us to switch from CircleCI to Gitlab CI/CD (using Gemini and Claude, where we got stuck) than to get any response back from CircleCI support

I send a message to support and now I got an message that they identified it and made an incident report: CircleCI Status - GitLab projects are not building
As shared in the incident report, unfortunately this is an effect of an incident that GitLab had a number of weeks ago. As a result we did not receive valid refresh tokens from GitLab.
In order to fix this issue you will need to recreate the GitLab triggers on your project, which forces GitLab to give us a new set of tokens.
Apologies for the inconvenience, but the only way to resolved the issue required action by the customer since it relates to credential grants.
