"After the UI update, clicking ‘Run Pipeline’ doesn’t start the pipeline. The button registers the click, but the modal window remains open. Additionally, when I try to trigger the pipeline using a Git tag, I see an ‘Error’ status with a ‘Failed’ workflow.
