Can't add containers

I tried to set up parallelism manually. I followed the docs and made a bash script that splits tests using $CIRCLE_NODE_INDEX and $CIRCLE_NODE_TOTAL

I only have 1 container on the free plan so that’s not going to work at the moment.

But if I click the “Not enough containers for 4x. Add More” button I go to a screen with an endless loading spinner:

What browser are you using? Can you try logging out and back in or a different browser?

maybe it was lacking admin privileges?
