Builds queued without explanation

On CircleCI 1.0 with a paid plan, we are now seeing all builds queue or schedule. The status page reports issues with the Pusher API, which AIUI is not necessary for the actual build process. There is no further explanation: I have raised a ticket, but this seems like a poor way to do things for a CI service.

You could try tweeting CircleCI, or if you have a hunt in the docs, there is the occasional mention of an email address. Both might be worth a try.
