What to Expect:
Our Ask AI tooling, powered by Kapa.ai, will analyze your ticket description and provide relevant responses based on the information provided. This will help you receive quicker answers for commonly asked questions and issues before submitting your ticket to the Customer Success and Support Engineering teams.
The beta will be available to all users submitting tickets through the ticket submission form on support.circleci.com. Expect 10-15 seconds for the AI-generated answer to appear on the ticket form.
Our Ask AI function, powered by Kapa, does not store or share your information and does not use your data to train the model. Please continue to submit inquiries through the ticket submission form.
Opt-Out Option: We understand that not everyone may wish to use the automated responses. Therefore, we have added an opt-out button in the ticket submission form. If you prefer not to receive AI-generated responses, simply click the opt-out option, and your ticket will proceed as usual.
As this is a beta test, we highly value your feedback on the responses generated by Kapa. Your insights will be crucial in refining the tool and enhancing its accuracy.
