CircleCI app on the Atlassian Jira marketplace fails to load

Using Jira Cloud I’ve added the CircleCI app. Attempting to configure or “get started” results in

App is not responding. Wait or cancel?

Can you confirm you are an admin for the JIRA Cloud instance?

If so, can you please open a ticket so we can dig into this with you?
