Admin Settings is not visible for my organisation inside Circle CI

Hi Team,
I recently signed up CircleCI to try CI setup for my organisation. While Signing up i was not an owner of my Github account. Post that I realised and became a owner in Github and then added project inside Circle CI. Two Issues I am finding now.

  1. Now I have 2 Organisations listed in CicleCI(One is on my Github username & other is on my exact Github org name)

  2. Under my User Profile, I cannot see Admin settings visible so that i cannot add anyone from my current team.

As suggested in solution article, I checked both in incognito window as well as ‘Refresh permissions’ button option too.

My Plan is Still the Free Basic Plan.

Pls guide me am I missing something?

Now I have 2 Organisations listed in CicleCI(One is on my Github username & other is on my exact Github org name)

Your Github account and organization will both show as an organization on CircleCI. This is normal behavior.

Under my User Profile, I cannot see Admin settings visible so that I cannot add anyone from my current team.

Could you write into our support team so we can take a closer look as to why this might be happening?
