Workflows not working GraphQL

This is a bug that has been reported before, however it seems to have reverted.

GraphQL error: Non-nullable field was null. GraphQL error: Workflow not found

i’m seeing a similar error message in certain repos (not all):

Error: GraphQL error: Cannot read property 'workflow_id' of undefined

It seems to have coincided with the outage today - but not certain.
