Encountered errors trying to create workflows from this config: null

The workflow steps triggered by our production- tag just stopped working.

The error we get is: " We weren’t able to start this workflow. Encountered errors trying to create workflows from this config: null" which is not very helpful.

We haven’t made any major changes to our config.yml file and even tried reverting to a version that worked recently but it didn’t work either.

Any idea of what is going on?

I do not think we can see your workflow. Could you provide a different link or copy your config.yml and your error messages here?

Thanks mayu. The issue fixed itself the next day so it looks like something was wrong on the CircleCI side of things for a couple of hours.
