Web UI - Help "?" covers runtime of last step

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Do a build with enough steps to push to the bottom of the page (or just shorten your browser window)
  2. Attempt to view the time for the last build step.

Expected: The time is visible.
Current: The “?” covers up most of the time.

Workaround: Unfold the build step and scroll back to the beginning of it, or just use Build Timings.
