I’d like to allow collaborators of forked PRs to see the artifacts those jobs create, as well as third party observers who are not directly involved with the repo or build to audit the artifacts tab and all the nested tree of files it renders linkable.
I see the links to the artifact files themself are public, but not the tab view. In the discuss archive I found a previous thread touching on this but with no real resolution to the original question.

It seem that if the file links already grant unauthenticated access, then there is little point in trying to obscure its visibility by hiding the artifact tab from unauthenticated users. Could this at least be enabled from the advances options, default off I suppose?
