Unable to load "Checkout SSH Keys" from Machine User Account

Hello!

I am following the instructions for adding SSH keys for a machine user account:
https://circleci.com/docs/1.0/github-security-ssh-keys/

I have created a Github machine user account, and am logged into CircleCI from that account. The machine user account is following 2 organization projects, but its unable to load the Checkout SSH Keys page. The specific URL that won’t load is https://circleci.com/gh/Woebot/woebot-dbclient/edit#checkout
The username is github@woebot.io
