I would like to run builds on two branches - dev and master - when new code is committed to those branches, and when pull requests are opened into those branches.
It appears as though I can only choose one or the other. Can anyone tell me otherwise?

Others have been interested in the ability to whitelist multiple branches for the “only build PRs” setting. The idea post for this can be found at: https://circleci.com/ideas/?idea=CCI-I-215. You can add your vote to this idea and add more about your use case.
