Support Workflows in CircleCI Local CLI

Hi,

Currently, you can’t run workflows from the CLI. This is something that would be so useful (I know lots of other people have asked for it)! When will this be available?

At the very least the CLI could give us a better error message, or it could be explained in the documentation. The only place I found out it wasn’t supported was here in the support forum.

There’s no hard date yet but it’s coming. Work on the new CLI and as well as API support is happening in tandem for this.
