I’m using CircleCI for a private repo, where it worked successfully before. Today, I see that builds are taking a long time (~minutes) to trigger after I push a new commit, and remain stuck in the “Not Running” state (as opposed to “Queued”) state with no indication of what’s wrong.
Is this a known issue or an outage? Can I do anything to speed things up?
