Restore_cache and save_cache Should Warn On Large Cache Sizes

In light of the fact that no corruption checking occurs on cache sizes of at least 500 MB, it would be ideal for restore_cache to warn when restoring a cache of at least 500 MB and save_cache to warn when saving a cache of at least 500 MB. Otherwise, greater onus is placed on the user to be familiar with the portion of the documentation I have linked and to stay up to date with this limit that may change over time. The documentation itself is terrific.
