Rebuild with SSH Greyed Out

Hello,

In some of my projects, the Rebuild with SSH option is greyed out. Is there something in the circle.yml file that needs to be set to enable this? The only documentation I have found is this page, but I do not see the Debug via SSH tab in some of my builds.

If anyone stumbles upon this, it turns out to be a limitation on Circle 2.0 at the moment.
