Python 3.5.3

Now that python 3.5.3 as been out for more than a month, is there any way we can have it as a preinstalled version?
However, I saw that pyenv only had 3.5.3rc1. It is however ok to use this version since there were no changes between the RC1 and the full release.
Installing this version takes a long time on every build.
