OpenJDK 10 build with '-legacy' tag

Hi,

Looking at https://hub.docker.com/r/circleci/openjdk/tags/ I only see ‘-legacy’ builds for JDK 8. Are there any plans to also provide the JDK 10 (and 11 in a few days) images with ‘-legacy’, so we can have an integrated build with Gradle and PhantomJS?

@martijnblankestijn Thanks for pointing that out. I just pushed a fix and they’re now present in our staging account. Can you give them a try?
