Npm broken in Build-agent version 0.0.4591-13d94bb (2017-12-21T14:05:24+0000)

I think there’s a bug in the latest npm release, previous version npm install works:

In this version it fails to find semver and crashes

Any workaround ?

Not 100% sure, but you will probably have better luck raising this issue with npm upstream.

Can you also share the version of npm that you are using in case other folks run into the same issue?
