New jobs not listed in the list of all the organization jobs

The queued and running jobs are listed in the repo page but sometimes are not listed in the organization page.

I’m following the project but sometimes the jobs are missing in the list of all jobs in the organization.

Hard to say then. Can I ask you to open a ticket so we can dig deeper?

I opened a support ticket there and linked this ticket.
However it’s strange I cannot view the support ticket created by me (after creation, it redirected me to the main page with info like your request has been added).

There should be a sign-in list in the top left, if you sign-in with the same email you submitted with, you should be able to see it. You should also have an email response with a link.
