MySQL 5.7 (or later) Docker image with SSL?

Hi all,

Has anyone managed to make these Docker images set up MySQL with SSL support on the server, as outlined here? Ideally, this would be for the 5.7 image, but later would also work. Any suggestions are appreciated.
