Use this docker image mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/core/sdk:3.0.100-disco to build ASP.Net Core 3.0 results in Error MSB1025: Microsoft.Build.BackEnd.NodeFailedToLaunchException: The FileName property should not be a directory unless UseShellExecute is set.

I have logged a bug report with .Net Core but the problem seems to be the Ubuntu host which is causing the build error: https://github.com/dotnet/core/issues/3509
