macOS 10.15 as container

Would there be a container update for macOS to 10.15? Right now the latest one is 10.14, which limits our ability to setup tests for Catalyst apps, we’d love to see that’d be supported!

I believe that CircleCI want to keep up to date with MacoS releases, but from memory, they don’t publish intended release dates.
