Hi, how is it going? Is there a way to change the status of the job or change the name with the API?

Thank you for sharing your question on our forum.

It is not possible to change the name or status of a job on CircleCI.

If you are referring to the job name or status in regards to what is shown as a GitHub status check, you can do so with the following API endpoint:
