I cannot contact alpine servers in certain jobs

certain jobs fail with this error which I have never had. I can only assume something has been updated networking wise?

We have not had any other reports of this issue but there can be intermittent issues with networking. If this issue is ongoing we would recommend raising a support ticket but if this is intermittent you can set custom DNS using our guide linked below:
