Can any one help me how to set up CircleCI in Linux/Ubuntu stand alone.

If you are running the Enterprise version, there’s documentation for that. If the documentation is insufficient, do please specify what you are stuck on.

As per my notes on your prior posts, I suggest you try to get some local help on designing your CI strategy - you cannot build it with copy+paste. It really does demand a thorough understanding of the concepts involved.
