I’m confused about how much the length time required for cache restore steps varies. This is certainly the most outrageous I’ve seen, so I wanted to open some discussion about what to do about it. It’s so bad that I think it might actually just be faster to do my package installs without any sort of cache, which seems like a shame to me.
