When making a new context, there is an option to restrict to a group. However, only about half of our organizations github groups are selectable, the rest are simply missing.
How can I select the groups I need if they aren’t listed?

Were those groups added recently? If you logout of your github account and log back in does the list refresh?
No, they are old groups. When adding a new group to github, logging out and back in did add that group to the list but I am still missing 2 of our 22 groups.
I have this issue too. It looks like maybe the group was renamed ages ago and it’s in there by a very old name? How do I “resync”?
