Does anyone have a config for building the android part of a Flutter application?
Maybe, but the response that readers may give you here is: what have you tried? Unless it is particularly complex, your CI is just a set of run steps that you can build incrementally. Have you got a good base image? If so, have you installed your dependencies? If so, great, what commands do you want to run? etc.
