ENOMEM: not enough memory, read

I’ve been getting this error intermittently, not entirely sure how to fix this:

ENOMEM: not enough memory, read

Build properties:

• Only on this project: https://circleci.com/gh/hugoai/hg-web-ui
• Using Node.js v7.10 (I think)

Is this that the temporary filesystem inside the cached Docker container is full? If so is there a way to clear it out?
