As part of regular maintenance, we are upgrading the Docker version that runs our Docker jobs.
This Docker release includes some performance improvements to container creation times.
You will see this rollout occur gradually over the course of the next week.
Note: This does not affect remote Docker instances, where you can select the version of Docker you use; this will only affect the Docker executor.
