We are getting a build error on all of our builds that we’ve never seen before:
Could not connect to archive.ubuntu.com:80 connection timed out
I can visit archive.ubuntu.com:80 and see that it was last updated today, Dec 20 - not sure if anything changed, but it seems to be up.
What could be happening? Nothing else has changed with our app. We recently did a ruby and rails upgrade and heroku stack upgrade that went smoothly, this issue started cropping up after that but does not seem related (but it could be?)
Any advice welcome!
