Cli "config process" and percent signs still not fixed

Since I couldn’t reopen the old issue and it hasn’t been fixed even if it was closed in February, let me just chime in on this bug which is well described here and still exists:

Hi Per. Have you updated the CLI to the latest version? I’m being told this is not an issue anymore.

I found this workaround btw using printf to emit percentage signs:
TODAY=$(date -u +printf "\x25Y-\x25m-\x25d")

Well I’m afk right now but I only installed it yesterday via homebrew. Will check the version later

Soo the version from homebrew is circleci 0.1.4786 which seems pretty old. Who’s supposed to update homebrew?

I’m not sure, will take a look. Can you try updating it and see if that works?
