Homebrew formula

Hello guys. I’m testing CircleCI 2.0 and it’s really awesome. So is the CLI!

What are the odds for you to create a formula so we can install circleci-cli thru homebrew?

Well, I can do it myself, but I’ll need some help from you anyway, such a bottle url like qt-4.8.4.mavericks.bottle.tar.gz in order to complete homebrew’s requirements.

For more info, you can check the Formula Cookbook here.

Hey @emaiax!

It’s totally unofficial and unauthorized, but I wanted the same thing and created a homebrew formula that pulls the latest official CLI from circle.

brew install eddiewebb/circleci/circleci

$ brew install eddiewebb/circleci/circleci
==> Installing circleci from eddiewebb/circleci
==> Downloading https://github.com/eddiewebb/local-cli/releases/download/v0.0.4705-deba4df/circleci-0.0.4705-deba4df.tar.gz
🍺  /usr/local/Cellar/circleci/0.0.4705: 3 files, 5.0KB, built in 1 second
$ circleci --version

The formula downloads from a forked repo, you can browse/contribute to both here:
