Would you provide a summary of the problems you’re getting in your post here, for the convenience of readers? You may find that a question containing just a link to a failing build does not elicit replies.
The link alone is pretty enough for all the info needed. It looks like a google avd bug.
You may wish to report that to Google.
(In the meantime, I spot a correlation between effort in questions, and effort offered by volunteers in answers - it certainly holds true on Stack Overflow, and perhaps may be true here too.)
