Circle CI is not building new Pull Requests

Hello,

A few days ago one of my projects on circleci stopped to work and I was not able to make it work again.
I already tried:
unfollow the project on circleci, delete everything related with circleci integration from github repo and follow the project again.
Also tried the option Setup project when it is unfollowed, so far, it still broken and I have no idea about what is going on.

Anyone have any idea about how to fix it?

Any updates?
Starting to think that migrate to travis would be the best option since even the very basic stuff does not works on circleci.
