Cannot find orb 'jira' looking for command named 'jira/notify'

Hey guys,

I’m testing the integration between circleci and jira. I have followed the examples here and here, but no luck.

My config.yml

I noticed towards the top of your config file, “orbs” is misspelled. Would you try fixing that and let us know if you’re still having trouble?
