At least gcp-gcr orb start to fail this morning

I was working on circle ci config this morning and noticed that suddenly it start to fail. I can reproduce error with something as simple as:

version: 2.1
orbs:
  gcp-gcr: circleci/gcp-gcr@0.7.1
