Android with gradle 3.4.0 stuck

I’ve updated to the latest gradle plugin version for android 3.4.0 and the build just get’s stuck now.

I only see Too long with no output (exceeded 10m0s) in different parts of the build process.

Anybody else out there having the same issue?
