All builds stuck on 'Scheduled'

All of our builds are stuck on scheduled, even though we have no currently running builds.

Yesterday we contacted support and they said the issue was on their end and should be fixed now but still our builds aren’t running.

This is blocking our progress as we need our CI to pass in our deployment workflow.

Any tips on how we can fix this from our side would be much appreciated, thanks!

We are currently experiencing the same problem

The new build is marked as “scheduled” but won’t start. It says Queued: 07:45 waiting for builds to finish but there is no build currently running.

Note that one of the previous build failed with the status “Circle BUG” status

Any workaround available?
