Access to 2xlarge resource_class

Hi, we would like to enable the 2xlarge resource_class.

In the docs it says to file a support ticket to request access, but when I did that I just got a useless automated response telling me to pay for a support plan.

Can someone please enable this for our account? Billing email is systems@achievable.me

2xlarge and 2xlarge+ are only available on an annual plan contract as shown on the following link.
