Hi, we would like to enable the 2xlarge resource_class.
In the docs it says to file a support ticket to request access, but when I did that I just got a useless automated response telling me to pay for a support plan.
Can someone please enable this for our account? Billing email is systems@achievable.me

2xlarge and 2xlarge+ are only available on an annual plan contract as shown on the following link.

It seems that CircleCI billing has changed significantly since this thread was last active. I am only able to see 2 monthly plans (Performance, Scale), and an option to prepay for a set amount of credits. What are the current criteria for gaining access to 2xlarge and 2xlarge+ resource classes, particularly for Docker executors? I am on Performance, but seem to be unable to access them. The links above do not show any specific information about the type of billing needed, so there seems to be some disconnect between the documentation and the actual enforced access rules.
