We use Circle to deploy to our AWS infrastructure via CloudFormation - sometimes CloudFormation isn’t “ready” before the next deployment from Circle hits it - is there (or could there be) a way for us to configure/instruct Circle to “throttle” our deploys to same maximum deploys/window?
