404 on login page and API

Both the API and the login page are returning a 404 right now.

https://circleci.com/vcs-authorize/ - (linked from https://circleci.com) gives a 404.

Curling to the API with a validate token also gives a 404.

yeah, also experienced this. And looking at status page now, they acknowledge it, but only for 1 minute. It impacted us for at least 20 minutes
