Is this the final version for 16 to be released? Im getting errors on uploading to AppStore Connect with the error of:

Which ive seen before but seems to be resolved either through app store connect or circleci
Looking at the RC version on Apples site (16A242b) its almost the same as this one minus the b at the end, will an update come from circleci in this case?
The GM is not the same build as the initial RC and Apple have now stopped accepting TestFlight and App Store submissions built using the RC. Hopefully Circle can expedite the release of the final GM.
