Setting up mysql and laravel 5.1

I am having some trouble getting my Laravel app to migrate. When it tries to migration I get.

  [PDOException]                                    
  SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory

My circle file is setting all the proper ENV vars.
