[macOS Monterey] Xcode 13.3 Beta 3 Released on VM and Metal Resource Classes

The Xcode 13.3 Beta 3 image has just been released and can be selected as follows:

macos:
    xcode: 13.3.0

This is now available on both VM and Metal resource classes - please see the software manifests for the individual images at the links below

This image is our first image based on macOS Monterey (macOS 12). We would value any feedback / bug reports for issues, or regressions, you may find in this image.

This image is based on macOS 12.2

Other changes

We are now including Ruby 3.1 with our macOS images.
