Projects are not coming up for me or anyone on my team.

same here. Not seeing anything on dashboard. Pure guessing from how they are naming their non-functional components as Legacy 
, it might be due to js update. Would be nice to have an official update
Update:
@cultavix I was able to fix it by unfollowing one of my projects. Not clear why that project is breaking the dashboard. Hope this helps
