I really love how the firefox forums show a tool on the top that indicates recent unanswered questions. It helps guide people who want to help to things that are “fresh” that need help.

We do have the Unanswered questions link that I had you add way back when…
Yeah, this is where I spend most of my time these days. It’s a good start, but I like the call to action that the firefox header brings.
