While this usually takes less than a minute, it suddenly started taking over 15. It’s still running at the time of this writing.

What are these abysmal speeds I’m seeing?
Sometimes there are intermittent network issues between AWS and various other places. Typically it will clear itself up. How long has this been happening for?
It only happened for the one build and cleared itself up for the rest. But that one build took about 40 mins as opposed to our usual 3-4.
It was very likely an intermittent network issue.
